A yum yellow chilli pepper for the A Word A Week Photographic Challenge. The yellow chilli is even yummier if you cut it in half and fill it with a delicious, pre-cooked spicy mince mixture of finely chopped beef, bacon, onions, garlic and chillies. Roast at 180˚C for 20 mins. Some grated yellow cheese sprinkled on the top is also good.
